Project Definition Workshop

The Project Definition Workshop is intended to provide the customer’s project team with the necessary Olive specific implementation approach and processes to finalize the Project Plan and begin development and production. This workshop includes, review of the Archive material, review of the project specific requirements, and review of the critical business needs to be addressed in the project.

Activities

• Archive Analysis

• Review and assess material readiness for delivery to Olive

• Review and assess requirements for integration.

• Review performance criteria and risks

• Review and discussion of technical architecture.

• Walk through and verify methodology and project documentation.  

• Assess team structure based on scope and requirements.

• Establish process for team development and project management

• Provide process recommendations for change management, QA and documentation.

• Identify potential risks and suggested solutions.

• Identify and review project milestones.
