Project Management (Ongoing)

Project Management is ongoing throughout the project life cycle. It focuses on ensuring that the Olive implementation occurs within the agreed upon schedules, includes the agreed upon scope of deliverables, and is within the agreed upon Scope of Work budget. The tasks associated with this stage are:

  • Definition of processes and procedures for development and production, escalation of issues, QA, documentation, and production rollout.
  • Determination of the project tasks to be performed, when and how they should be accomplished to successfully complete the project.
  • Scheduling of the project tasks.
  • Risk mitigation.
  • Management of project issues for priorities, escalation, and resolution.
  • Coordination, scheduling and management of project assigned staff members.

Deliverables: Project Plan, periodic status reports, Production work Order
