TransitionThe Transition stage encompasses the transfer of knowledge to the customer's maintenance staff and processes, and introduction to and handoff from the Olive professional services team to the Olive Support (Help Desk) team for continued ongoing support of the solution. Prior to taking over maintenance of the Olive application, the client’s project team should attend the relevant Olive training classes. These classes are offered at Olive’s Training Facility in Israel, or can be conducted on-site at the client's facility.
